Douglas Smith, Office Manager

Doug is our Office Manager with a focus on billing and insurance. He works hard to troubleshoot health coverage concerns. He also has been certified as a TMS technician. Doug enjoys travel and has a dry sense of humor.

Susanne Atwood, Masters Social Work: The Force that Keeps Us Going!

Susanne has been a crucial part of our office for over 5 years. She supports Doug and Dr. Smith with distinction and without complaint. She schedules, listens, and advises prospective patients. No one works harder and cares more for new patient referrals. She earned her Bachelors degree from Washington University in St. Louis MO and her Masters in Social Work at University of Vermont in Burlington VT. Susanne has completed advanced training in TMS and is a certified Neurostar TMS technician.

She enjoys yoga, gardening, and friends.

Heidi Jenkins, TMS Coordinator

Heidi, a certified TMS technician, joins our staff with a strong heart and mind. She has the compassion to relate to patient's suffering and the tenacious intellegence to navigate health insurance issues related to TMS. Dr. Smith works closely with her on all aspects of our TMS program.

Heidi is a wife and mom, and loves spending her extra time with family.
